  502 COLTRIMS80 Spectrometer: Electron/ion twin time-of-flight imaging spectrometer in combination with DLD40, DLD80 or HEX75 detectors. Lengths adjustable, requires vacuum chamber with min. 250 mm inner diameter and detector mounting option FT…/250 or FT…/300 for mounting of the spectrometer and each detector. Incl. spectrometer simulation for a certain application and analysis tools for correlated momentum imaging.

COLTRIMS302 Main Chamber: Vacuum chamber for spectrometer and detectors, inner diameter 300 mm, length 700 mm, manufactured from special steel (316lns), non-magnetic, electro-polished and vacuum-fired for low H2-leakage with provision of mounting a skimmer or aperture (both included) close to a spectrometer on an inverted (nested) port (about 150mm negative port length). Spectrometer can optionally be fixed onto the chamber for horizontal/vertical mounting. Special pump port for an intermediate jet pumping stage. Optimized for (two-stage) dense- jet operation  
     
 

Super-Sonic Jet Source: CF200-chamber with X/Y steerable gas jet source (30 micron nozzle) and skimmer. Inclusive ports with manual steering rods and gas inlet through special ultra-clean gas line with filter units (2) and high purity valves (4) rated to a pressure of 30 bars. Incl. Dewar vessel for filter cooling with liquid nitrogen.

Jet Elongation stage for thin-jet operation: Intermediate vacuum pipe system with aperture for differential pumping and individually adjustable 4 jaw slit system. Default distance between jet source and target region 1 m, can be modified between minimum distance (see below) and any distance > 1 m by inserting tube elongations (standard vacuum tubes with CF fittings,, not included).

  590 Steibulator5D: Manipulator for manually adjusting position (3 dimensions ± 10mm) and tilt (2 directions ± 10 deg) of small light-weight items, e. g. solid state targets or focusing mirrors (standard customization is for 1" mirrors with 75mm focal length), non-magnetic and UHV compatible (bakeable to 150 °C) on CF100 (ICF153) flange. The specimen support is insulated for biasing.  
       
  357 FT12-TP/250C: 12-pin-ceramics-UHV-feedthrough and HF signal de-coupler with internal HVZ circuit on CF35 (ICF70) norm with UHV-cables for delay line detector (DLD) fitted to customer needs, rated up to 4 kV DC. With mounting kit for DLD 40/80/120 for direct mounting via spectrometer rails or directly on CF250-CF35³ adapter flange (ICF253-ICF70³) with two spare ports.

  358 FT16-TP/250C: 12+4-pin-ceramics-UHV-feedthroughs and HF signal de-coupler on CF35 (ICF70) norm (2 flanges) with UHV-cables for Hexanode delay line detector fitted to customer needs, rated up to 4 kV DC. Includes FT12-TPhex, 3 HFSD plus 1 HFST signal decoupler/terminator and HVZ. With mounting via spectrometer rails or directly on CF250-CF35³ adapter flange (ICF305-ICF70³), with one spare port.

  One HVT for any two units of 357 or 358 is included (as required for a complete COLTRIMS251/301/302 system).
